This class is geared toward individuals 50 years of age and older. They focus on form, technique, and making exercising fun!

Excercise Classes

Sessions will have occassional breaks (week with no classes offered), but participants will be notified in class and dates of upcoming breaks will be posted here.  This is a year round program. Individuals can start at any time of the year, even if a session has already begun, and are welcome to attend classes as they please. Each class costs only $1 per session with the option to purchase a $20 punch card to alleviate a monetary transaction at each class. A typical workout consists of a warm-up, cardio, strengthening, balance and a cool down/stretching. Just show up to join!
