  • Avid sports participant (wakeboarding, back country skiing, snowboarding, hockey and soccer along with coaching soccer and hockey)
  • Experience in designing performance enhancement programs for youth, high school, and collegiate level athletes
  • Experience in specialty orthopedic clinic treating athletes of all shapes and sizes

Nicole Kielsa, DPT 

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy from St. Catherine’s University in St. Paul, Minnesota
  • Enjoys working with athletes’ at all levels and has personal experience dealing with injuries in sport
  • Played collegiate soccer and still continues to play soccer and volleyball at the recreational level
  • Prior experience working in collegiate Athletic Training Room
  • Special interest in sports related knee and shoulder injuries
  • Certified to perform Functional Capacity Evaluations

Stacie Ruud, PT

  • Graduated from Mayo School of Health Related Sciences with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
  • Helped initiate sports medicine program at other organizations
  • Developed sports medicine evaluation program, “Back in Action,” for area student-athletes
  • Played college basketball for four years
  • Assists with injury evaluation and treatment plans in our area schools
  • Regularly attends sports medicine conferences and courses
  • Practices evidence-based treatment plans
  • Sees patients in Siren, Webster, and Frederic

 

Molli Dant, DPT

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy from Des Moines University
  • Experience playing collegiate volleyball
  • Expertise in treating return to sport, post surgical rehab, and specific functional activity following injury, especially shoulders and lower extremity injuries
  • Certified to perform Functional Capacity Evaluations
  • Interests include staying active outdoors, spending time with her family and friends, playing card games and reading
